| Day 1 Beijing |
| Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met by your guide at the airport and transferred to hotel. In the afternoon, we visit the Tiananmen Square, the largest of its kind in the world. Then we go to see the Temple of Heaven. |

| Day 2 Beijing |
| A full day tour to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. |
|
| Day 3 Beijing |
| Full day tour to Forbidden City, Beijing Zoo and Summer Palace |
| Beijing Duck banquet in the evening |
|
| Day 4 Beijing/Xian |
| Morning is free. |
| In the afternoon, we flight to Xian and on arrival, visit the City Wall before checking in to the hotel for the night. |

| Day 5 Xian |
| Full day tour to Terra-cotta Army, Huaqing Hot Spring and Neolithic Village of Banpo. |
|
| Day 6 Xian/Chengdu |
| Half day tour to Provincial History Museum. |
| After lunch, to take a flight for Chengdu. |
|
| Day 7 Chengdu/Lhasa |
| Mornght flight to Lhasa and transfer to hotel. |
| We suggest that you have a rest to get acclimatized to the high altitude. |

| Day 8 Lhasa |
| Full day tour to the Sera Monastery, the Jokhang Temple and Barkor Square |

| Day 9 Lhasa |
| Full day to the Potala Palaceand the Norbulingka or the Summer Palace |

| Day 10 Lhasa/Xigatze |
| Today our exploration of the region takes us to the clear blue waters of the Yamdrok Lake that has the Himalayas as its backdrop. We travel first through the Kambala Pass that is 5000 meters above sea level and then Gyantse before arriving in Xigatze, the second largest city of Tibet, late in the evening. |

| Day 11 Xigatze |
| Full day tour to a Tibetan village and the principal temple of Panchan¡¯s city the Tachilumpo. |

| Day 12 Xigatze/Lhasa |
| Travel back to Lhasa along the same route as when coning over. |
|
| Day 13 Lhasa/Beijing |
| Morning flight to Beijing. On arrival we will be met and transferred to hotel. After lunch we have a free afternoon for shopping or walking around to see more of Beijing |

| Day 14 Beijing |
| Transfer to the airport for a home flight. |
