Tour & Hotel Reservation Procedures |

| China Vacation Tours reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice. |
|
| 1) Tour & Hotel Order should be placed by completing Tour Order Form and submitted to us at least 20 working days before departure date of your trip. |
| 2) Please provide your personal information, including passport name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, as well as tour start date, the number of persons, flight detail and your special requirements. |
| 3) Upon receiving your booking, we will confirm your tour & hotel within 2 working days. |
| 4) Please make the payment to China Vacation Tours 15 over working days before your departure date. |
| 5) We will send you our Confirmation voucher by email after receiving your full payment. |
| 6) If you wish to change your tour or hotel, you must inform China Vacation Tours at least 15 working days before your departure date. Any extra charge or loss incurred due to such change will be borne by you. |

How to make payment |

| We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment: |

| 1. Visa or Master Card secure online payment via PayPal. |
| You can make your payment by Visa & Master Card through PAYPAL Payment. FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT. |

| Note: When either PayPal or China Vacation Tours has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment. |

| 2. Visa or Master Card by fax. |
| When you receive our proposal China tours, we will attach a "Credit Card Authorization Form" with the Email for you to fill. Please open the attached file and fill out the required form, then fax it to us at 86-10 -6418 5543 with a copy of your credit card. |

| 3. Wire transfer. |
| You may choose to make the payment by wire transfer.

Cancellation Refunds |
|
| We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to China Vacation Tours(less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 15 working days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. |
|
| The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: |
|
| 1. Cancellation received up to 15 working day before departure: 100 % refund of all monies paid. |
|
| 2. Cancellation received from 7 to 14 working days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. |
|
| 3. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 working days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. |
|
| 4. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 working days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. |
|
| After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. |
Travel Insurance |
|
| We strongly recommend the purchase of a travel protection plan from Travel Insurance Services at your country. This form of coverage will protect you against unexpected events that could cause you to cancel or interrupt your vacation. Also, this affordable and comprehensive travel protection program provides coverage for unexpected delays, medical assistance, baggage and baggage delay, evacauation, and most importantly pre-existiong conditions. |
