North Tomb (Zhao Tomb) is the tomb for Qing Taizong Huangtaiji and his wife Boerjite. It was established in1643 and covers an area of 327.4 m 2 .There are Long'en Palace , Baocheng Building, Baoding Building, Crescent City, Daming Building, DapaiBuilding. Fang City, Long'en Gate, Dahong Gate, Sote Torii and etc in it. The path leading up to the burial mound is lined with stone statues of elephants, lions and horses. It is of big scale, with grand building, and can be called as the excellent masterpiece of the Han and Man cultures.
